TERMS OF SERVICE

Hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”.

By using this website and placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.

PRICES

All prices are stated in the currency displayed in the online store.

The final order price and any applicable shipping costs are shown to the customer before the order is completed.

The Provider is not registered for VAT.

ORDERS

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided when placing an order.

For custom-made products, the customer is also responsible for the accuracy of submitted dimensions, texts, names, files, models, logos, and other information.

If we determine that an order cannot be manufactured as requested due to technical or other reasons, we will contact the customer.

CUSTOM 3D PRINTING

When ordering 3D printing services, the customer confirms that they have the right to use and provide any files, models, logos, trademarks, or other content submitted to the Provider.

The Provider may refuse to manufacture content where there is reasonable cause to believe that it violates third-party rights, applicable law, or other regulations.

Due to the nature of 3D printing technology, minor variations in surface finish, texture, color, or dimensions may occur.

Such normal manufacturing tolerances do not in themselves constitute a lack of conformity where they do not affect the agreed use or essential characteristics of the product.

SERIAL PRODUCTION AND ENQUIRIES

For serial production, prototyping, or other services where the website allows the customer to submit an enquiry, the submission of an enquiry does not itself constitute a confirmed order.

An order is confirmed once the customer accepts the quotation or by another mutually agreed method.

PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Order processing begins in accordance with the selected payment method and the conditions applicable to the individual order.

DELIVERY

Estimated production and delivery times may be stated on the website, product page, quotation, or during the ordering process.

Personalized and custom-made products may require additional production time.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For standard products, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

The right of withdrawal without giving a reason does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized to the customer's individual needs.

LACK OF CONFORMITY AND COMPLAINTS

The customer's statutory rights in relation to non-conforming goods are not limited by these Terms of Service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date.

Product photographs and visual representations may be illustrative. Colors may differ slightly from the actual product due to different screen settings.

For products manufactured on the basis of files, dimensions, or other information provided by the customer, the Provider is not responsible for defects resulting directly from incorrect or unsuitable information supplied by the customer.

APPLICABLE LAW

The business relationship is governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to the customer.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Provider does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve consumer disputes that a consumer may initiate under applicable legislation.

The Provider and the customer will nevertheless seek to resolve any disputes amicably whenever possible.
