SHIPPING POLICY

ALCEDO PRINT delivers products to the countries and regions currently enabled in our online store.

Available shipping methods and shipping costs are displayed during checkout based on the customer's delivery address and the contents of the order.

PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIME

Order processing time depends on the type of product ordered.

Custom-made, personalized, and 3D-printed products may require additional production time before shipment.

The estimated production time may be stated on the product page, during checkout, or in an individual quotation.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time depends on the destination country, delivery address, and selected shipping provider.

Any stated delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.

Actual delivery times may be affected by the shipping carrier, public holidays, increased parcel volumes, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond the Provider's direct control.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery or if the product inside the parcel is damaged, the customer should contact us as soon as possible at:

We recommend including photographs of the packaging, the product, and the damage.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

If a shipment is returned to the Provider due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, additional shipping costs may apply before the order is shipped again.
